Shipping & Returns Policies


All prices on this website are in Australian dollars including shipping costs noted at checkout. 

Shipping Methods

We offer simplified domestic Australian shipping prices, as follows:

  • $9.95 flat rate shipping on purchases of all in stock items & custom purses. 

  • $14.95 flat rate shipping for wrap conversions - ring slings, shortening and fringing. This shipping rate includes insurance coverage for the amount of the conversion/s (rounded up to the nearest hundred), if your wraps are worth more than this amount, we strongly recommend adding on further insurance coverage. 

  • $19.95 flat rate shipping for custom ordered bags (except Brooklyn Bags). This shipping rate includes insurance coverage for the amount of the conversion (rounded up to the nearest hundred), if your wrap / scraps / fabric are worth more than this amount, we strongly recommend adding on further shipping insurance coverage

  • $34.95 flat rate shipping for custom ordered Brooklyn Bags. This shipping rate includes insurance coverage for the amount of the conversion (rounded up to the nearest hundred), if your items are worth more than this amount, we strongly recommend adding on further shipping insurance coverage

     

    Express post options are available at check out.

    Handling Time: we aim to ship all orders of in stock items within 3 business days after order is placed. We also aim to ship all custom orders within 3 business days after the order has been completed. 

    We use a number of delivery services to make sure your goods get to you as soon, and as safely, as possible. These include Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers and Australia Post. 

     

    Please note, actual transit and delivery timeframes are dictated by the above service providers. If an item is required urgently, please consider selecting express post at checkout as we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. 

     

    International customs 

    International purchases may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

    Annangrove Boutique is not liable for any custom or import duties and will not cover the cost of custom fees or import duties into any country.

     

    Returns Policy

    You have the right to request a repair or replacement of any product purchased, if it is received in a faulty condition.  To make a claim, please contact us with photos and details of the fault/s. We may require you to return to the item to us for assessment. Once we have received sufficient evidence of the fault (via photos or physical return of the item), we will assess whether the item can be repaired.  If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement product will be made.  If a replacement product cannot be made, due to inability to source materials, you will be given the choice of an alternative product or a refund, not including original postage costs.

    Replacements and/or refunds will not be given if you;

    • change your mind;
    • order the wrong product;
    • damage the product by misuse or by not following care instructions;
    • claim damage that is consistent with normal wear and tear;
    • find that the item does not fit and sizing was specified on the listing, or
    • (custom order) find that the item does not fit, and sizing was not specified when the order was placed.
    In the event that Annangrove Boutique applies discretion and agrees to accept a return despite the item/s not being deemed as faulty, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Original postage costs, and the cost to return the item/s to us, are non-refundable.

    Shipping Policy 

    When placing your order it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address and delivery was not completed, additional delivery charges will be charged to you prior to redelivery. 

    Express shipping only means your order will be sent express, this does not mean that the process of the order is any different. (An Express Service for custom items is available upon request and incurs an additional surcharge) 

    A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has left us, you will be able to track where your items are at any time. Once you received your Tracking Notification upon dispatch, please wait up to 72 hours for it to reflect to the Aus Post, Couriers Please or Fastway Systems. A link to the relevant tracking website will be provided with the tracking number.

    Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been made.

    If a parcel is lost in transit we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done with the responsible shipping company. This can take up to 8 weeks from time you notify us that your goods have not been received. Damaged items need to be returned to us for assessment prior to any replacement items

    • For in stock items - as our items are predominantly "one offs" we cannot guarantee an exact replacement item will be available. You will be offered an alternative replacement item to the same value as the item purchased or a refund
    • For custom items & wrap conversions using your wrap / fabric - refunds, or replacement value credit, is limited to the cost of the service that we provided. We strongly recommend that you purchase additional shipping insurance to cover the value of your wrap / fabric. 

    If an item is damaged in transit we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done with the responsible shipping company, and the damaged item/s have been returned to us for assessment. This can take up to 8 weeks from time the damaged goods are returned to us. Items which can be repaired will be, and returned to you at our cost. Items which cannot be repaired will become the property of Annangrove Boutique and you may choose from a replacement item, store credit or a refund. 

    • For custom items & wrap conversions using your wrap / fabric - refunds, or replacement value store credit, are limited to the cost of the service that we provided. We strongly recommend that you purchase additional shipping insurance to cover the value of your wrap / fabric. 

    If you are unable, or unwilling,  to accept delivery of your order (including but not exclusive to rejection of delivery, or failure to collect your parcel from a designated collection point within the advised collection time frame), you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees to get your item to you. If you do not pay the required additional costs within 7 days (or as otherwise mutually agreed), we will no longer deliver your product/s, and will process a refund to you calculated as follows: 

    • For instock items:

    Total order amount

    (Minus) 20% restocking fee
    (Minus) any additional fees or charges incurred in returning the parcel to us 
    = total refund amount processed 

    • For custom items, a refund will be calculated and processed only when the item/s in question have been sold for at a price deemed appropriate by Annangrove Boutique. You will be notified of the intended listing price prior to items being made available to the public. Annangrove Boutique reserve the right to reduce the sale price unilaterally in the event that the item does not sell within 4 (four) weeks of publishing.
