Custom order terms & conditions


At Annangrove Boutique, we love to help make your vision become a reality! Whilst we do have a selection of ready to ship items, you can choose from a much wider range of styles and fabrics for custom orders. 

 

Custom order FAQ:

1. How do I place a custom order?

We are now working to a waiting list rather than monthly slots. However, we may offer semi-custom slots from time to time with highly sought after wrap or fabric.

Orders can be placed at any time via the website here, or via Facebook message. 

 

2. How long will I wait for a custom order? 

All large and complex items are currently on a 2-3 month turnaround. All small items are currently on a 4-6 week turnaround.


3. What are large items?

Large items are categorised as such based on size or complexity. Large items currently include the following: Brooklyn (handbags, travellers and weekenders), backpacks, NCW's, mini NCW, roxy wallets, and any other structured bags or purses.


4. What are small items?


Currently the following items are defined as small items: wristlets, Dakota tablet clutches, clutch purses, pencil cases, carrier storage bags, and open tote bags.


5. What do your prices include?

Our prices for custom order items include everything to make your dream bag, except exterior fabric and postage costs.  

If you do not have your own fabric to provide for the exterior, we have a large range of instock drill cotton, quilting cotton, cotton canvas and wrap scrap that you can choose from, or you are most welcome to provide your own. Exterior fabrics (supplied by us) are charged at cost. 

 

Custom order - terms & conditions:

Placing a custom order with Annangrove Boutique means you agree to the following terms and conditions.


ORDERING

Orders can be placed by paying a 10% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the invoice if you go ahead with your order. If you cancel your order this deposit will be forfeited.
All payments are to be made via either PayPal or Bank Deposit. Unpaid invoices will be cancelled after 7 days of non payment.

LAYBY

Lay-by is available on pre-agreed terms

If layby payments are not completed within agreed terms we reserve the right to sell the completed item to recoup costs. Partial refunds may be applicable if funds received from sale exceed funds owing. A 15% relisting fee will apply.

FABRIC

All items are made with your choice of exterior fabric (provided by you or supplied by Annangrove Boutique) and then a coordinating fabric on the reverse or interior. If you are wanting double sided (both sides in the exterior fabric) then you must specify this when ordering.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations requested prior to work commencing will incur a 15% cancellation fee. No refund or credit will be provided if work has commenced.

If you cancel your order after work has commenced, and have provided your own fabric, any pieces not yet cut will be returned to you at your expense. Any pieces already cut will not be returned and no reimbursement or credit will be provided for the value of the fabric.

REPAIRS / REPLACEMENTS / REFUNDS

Replacements and/or refunds will not be given if you:
* change your mind;
* order the wrong product;
* damage the product by misuse or by not following care instructions;
* claim damage that is consistent with normal wear and tear, or
* find that the item does not fit and sizing was not specified when the order was placed.

If there is a fault with the product, a repair / replacement / refund may apply at our discretion.
